Supply of products, divided into 9 lots as follows: Lot 1: UM 02267 Bistrița - Vertical closed expansion tank 750 litres; Lot 2: UM 02267 Bistrița - Monobloc centrifugal water pump pen; Lot 3: UM 02032 Cluj-Napoca - Water softening station, flow rate 3 m³/h, with two cationic filters; Lot 4: UM 01220 Zalău - Hot water boiler for heating with gas fuel operation with a nominal power of 120kW; Lot 5: UM 01158 Miercurea Ciuc - Hot water boiler for heating with gas fuel operation with a power of 820kW; Lot 6: UM 01165 Odorheiu Secuiesc - Hot water boiler for heating with gas fuel operation with a power of 820kW; Lot 7: UM 01158 Miercurea Ciuc - Low-pressure steam boiler 1.5t/h; Lot 8: UM 01165 Odorheiu Secuiesc - Wastewater pump group; Lot 9: UM 01489 Cluj - High-pressure centrifugal pump. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 161, para. (1) of Law 98/2016. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20 days, in accordance with art. 160, para. (1) and (2) of Law 98/2016 and taking into account the provisions of the ANAP Notification regarding the implementation of the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016. After this deadline, the contracting authority is not obliged to respond to clarification requests received after the set deadline. Requests for site visits will be submitted through SEAP 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. By this date, tenderers wishing to visit the sites will submit the identification data of the participating persons (ID series and number) for access to the site. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for site visits by the 13th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
