Romania – Furniture (incl. office furniture), furnishings, domestic appliances (excl. lighting) and cleaning products – ”Furnizare dotări pentru obiectivul „CONSTRUIRE LICEU TIP ȘCOALĂ VERDE ÎN COMUNA MOȘNIȚA NOUĂ, JUD. TIMIȘ”

This procurement aims to supply the necessary equipment for the operationalization of the investment objective "CONSTRUCTING A GREEN SCHOOL TYPE HIGH SCHOOL IN MOȘNIȚA NOUĂ, TIMIȘ COUNTY", in order to ensure the material, technical and functional conditions necessary for the educational process. The procurement is structured into 6 lots and includes IT, digital and multimedia equipment, school and functional furniture, electrical appliances, household appliances and functional equipment, medical furniture, medical and dental equipment, as well as furniture and equipment for laboratories and teaching activities. The procurement aims to supply the equipment, furniture and equipment necessary to ensure the material, technical and functional conditions for the educational process in the new educational unit and is structured into 6 lots, as follows: LOT 1 – IT, digital and multimedia equipment; LOT 2 – School and functional furniture; LOT 3 – Electrical appliances, household appliances and functional equipment; LOT 4 – Medical furniture; LOT 5 – Medical and dental equipment; LOT 6 – Furniture and equipment for laboratories and teaching activities. The products to be procured are intended to equip educational, administrative, medical, laboratory and other functional spaces related to the investment objective. The supply of products includes, where applicable, transport, handling, assembly, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning and training of designated personnel, in accordance with the requirements and technical specifications set out in the Terms of Reference. A. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law No. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is a maximum of 20 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A. will put the contracting authority in a position to be unable to provide a response within the timeframe mentioned in point B. and consequently, any request for clarification outside the mentioned deadlines will be considered LATE.
