Creation of a dynamic procurement system for "Cleaning of Metro sites and vehicles (BKV Zrt. TD-304/25). The contracting authority operates and maintains metro vehicles, sites, and facilities, and performs cleaning and hygiene tasks for the duration of the DBR, as specified in the invitation(s) to tender sent during this period. The contracting authority, at the time of initiating the procedure, requests the above services to be ensured at the locations defined in the item list issued as part of the procurement documents. The list is informative; the contracting authority reserves the right to change its content during the DBR period. Within the framework of the contract(s) to be concluded under the DBR, the contracting authority may typically request the following services: a) regular cleaning services (daily/weekly/monthly tasks), b) non-regular, optional cleaning services - ad hoc cleaning services (other tasks arising unexpectedly), - disinfection cleaning (offices, sites, warehouses, boiler houses, depots, etc.), - other supplementary services (refilling liquid soap, refilling toilet paper, curtain cleaning, etc.). The contracting authority, during the implementation of the DBR, based on the provisions of Section 107 (2) of the Kbt., provides the participating economic operators with the precise technical description and contractual conditions related to the specific public procurements to be implemented in the system, simultaneously with the sending of the invitation to tender. The contracting authority draws attention to the provisions of Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.). The general expectations related to the performance of the individual cleaning services are detailed in the technical description issued in the invitation to tender section, which is part of the procurement documents, as well as in the draft contract.
