Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Arzneimittel mit dem Wirkstoff Golimumab (ATC: L04AB06)

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount contracts in accordance with § 130a para. 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products with the active substance Golimumab (ATC: L04AB06) within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". With the specification of uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion or accession to a discount contract pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for the aforementioned active substances or medicinal products. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents and the respective contract from the contact address given. A prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company has fully completed and signed the requested participation documents.
