Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Arzneimittelrabattverträge gem. § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V im Rahmen von Open-House-Verfahren

The IKK classic hereby announces that it will enter into non-exclusive rebate agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V, under equal, non-negotiable conditions, with all interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies for various active substances and combinations of active substances, for the period from 01.03.2026 to 29.02.2028. The earliest contract start date is 01.03.2026, provided that the signed contract and all necessary evidence, declarations of commitment, and documents are received by IKK classic by 05.02.2026. Thereafter, the following applies: if the documents are received by the 05th of any given month within the possible entry period, the contract will commence on the 01st of the following month. If the documents are received after the 05th of any given month within the possible entry period, the contract will commence on the 01st of the second following month. Entry into the agreement is possible at any time within the specified period, but at the latest by 05.01.2028. For further information, see section VI.3.
