Poland – Refuse collection services – „Transport odpadu o kodzie 19 12 10 i 16 01 03 z Instalacji Komunalnej – Centrum Utylizacji Odpadów Gmin Łużyckich w Lubaniu przy ul. Bazaltowej 1”- cz. II

The subject of the contract includes transport – delivery by "walking floor" type vehicles of waste with code 19 12 10 (alternative fuel) and waste with code 16 01 03 (worn tyres) from the Municipal Installation – Centre for the Utilisation of Waste of the Communes of Łużyce in Luban, Bazaltowa 1, to Górażdże Cement S.A., 47-316 Chorula, Cementowa 1. The estimated quantity of waste transports covered by the subject of the contract is approximately 190 trips. This quantity should be treated as indicative. The contractor is not entitled to compensation in the event of non-performance of the above-mentioned quantity of transports.

2. Scope of the contract: a) The subject of the contract - waste with code 19 12 10 (alternative fuel) includes: - Provision with sufficient lead time to guarantee delivery of alternative fuel to the unloading point at Górażdże Cement S.A. cement plant in Chorula, Cementowa 1, of a "walking floor" type vehicle to the Municipal Installation in Luban, Bazaltowa 1, for loading by the Contracting Authority with waste with code 19 12 10 (approximately 18 Mg each time, approx. 90 m3); - Transport of the load in accordance with environmental requirements to the unloading point at Górażdże Cement S.A. cement plant in Chorula, Cementowa 1, within the timeframe set as the unloading deadline; - Unloading of the load in accordance with the requirements of Górażdże Cement S.A. b) Waste with code 16 01 03 (worn tyres): - Provision with sufficient lead time to guarantee delivery of worn tyres to the unloading point at Górażdże Cement S.A. cement plant in Chorula, Cementowa 1, of a "walking floor" type vehicle to the Municipal Installation in Luban, Bazaltowa 1, for loading by the Contracting Authority with waste with code 16 01 03 (approximately 7 Mg each time; approx. 90 m3). - Transport of the load in accordance with environmental requirements to the unloading point at Górażdże Cement S.A. cement plant in Chorula, Cementowa 1, within the timeframe set as the unloading deadline; - Unloading of the load in accordance with the requirements of Górażdże Cement S.A.
