France – Security services – PRESTATIONS DE SURVEILLANCE, DE GARDIENNAGE ET DE SECURITE INCENDIE

This consultation is divided into 2 lots, handled through separate contracts and defined as follows:

- Lot No. 1: Guarding, surveillance and fire safety of municipal buildings;

- Lot No. 2: Event security services (shows, festivals, etc.).

Each contract will be awarded as a single-supplier framework agreement with order forms. Lot No. 1 will be concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 1,000,000.00 € excl. VAT. Lot No. 2 will be concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 450,000.00 € excl. VAT. Each framework agreement will come into effect on 1 January 2027 at the earliest. If the notification occurs after this date, it will start on the date of notification. The framework agreements will be concluded for an initial period of 12 months and will be tacitly renewable 3 times for successive periods of 12 months.
