Germany – Research and experimental development services – Rahmenvertrag für Level 2 Support für Satelliten Missionen am GSOC

The objective of the present tender is to conclude a framework agreement with several suppliers for Level 2 support in satellite mission operations and satellite mission preparation within the Multi-Mission Operations at the German Aerospace Centre's (DLR) National Space Operations Centre (GSOC) in Weßling. DLR aims to conclude framework agreements with more than one contracting party to fill one or more positions in one or more satellite missions, in the preparation phase and in the operational phase. A position within a satellite mission can be occupied several times due to the multi-mission approach. The aim of the tender is to ensure smooth operation of the satellite missions operated at the GSOC at all times by providing support services in various positions within the mission operations teams. The secure and uninterrupted operation of the satellites has the highest priority over all other tasks. The GSOC security guidelines must be complied with. For the above-mentioned tasks in the context of the GSOC satellite operations, security checks according to SatDSIG or according to industrial security (BMWK) are required. Important note: Since the project and performance description and its appendices are confidential documents, the bidder must sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) - Annex A before submitting the application.
