The assessment is an HR tool for evaluating the skills, behaviours and potential of the individuals assessed, using proven and recognised methods. Its objective is to ensure a rigorous, transparent and objective evaluation, in order to facilitate informed decision-making in recruitment, career management and human resource optimisation. At RTE, the assessment is a central tool for supporting professional development, evaluating the abilities of employees and preparing them for new responsibilities within the company. The assessment services take place in 4 stages: - The preparation phase, - The assessment day, - Feedback to the assessed employee, - And feedback to the HR contacts. Today, the HR department of RTE wishes to strengthen and refine its assessment offering; the system is structured in two distinct lots: - Lot 1, including: o Development assessment: reflective support, o Projection assessment: project management & expertise with feedback - Lot 2, including: o Projection assessment: transition to PO7 management with feedback o Projection assessment: transition to senior management with feedback.
