Netherlands – Advertising campaign services – Raamovereenkomst Campagnedienstverlening Goedopweg

The ongoing Framework Agreement with the supplier of the campaign services expires in 2026. Over the past years, the campaign Verkeersverwachtingen.nl has been developed with the aim of encouraging travellers in the Utrecht and Amersfoort region to use smart travel options more often instead of the car. There is a need at Goedopweg to further develop and implement the behavioural campaign Verkeersverwachtingen. Goedopweg is seeking collaboration with one supplier to further define the tasks for the years 2026 to 2028 and optionally the years 2029 and 2030. For the maximum contract duration of 6 years, the scope of the order is € 5,500,000, - exclusive of VAT. The contracting authority is entitled to order up to 150% of this scope under this Framework Agreement.
