Mission to assist the client in a design and build contract awarded through a negotiated procedure for the construction of approximately 91 wooden-framed residential units and commercial cells on operations Citadelle 3, 7a and 9b located within the ZAC Deux Rives in Strasbourg. Services divided into 12 phases: 01 Advice and consolidation of the operation's program - 02 Advice and consolidation on the financial envelope and operational balance sheet - 03 Financial engineering and obtaining financing - 04 Financial management and monitoring of the operation - 05 Awarding of a global contract (design and build) - 06 Awarding of contracts related to concessionaires and associated coordination - 07 Management and monitoring of the design phase - 08 Management and monitoring of the construction phase - 09 Contractual management of construction contracts or the global contract - 10 Management of relations with concessionaires and network managers - 11 Assistance with pre-reception operations - 12 Monitoring of the warranty of perfect completion.
