Subject of the order. 1.1. As part of the order, the Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver to the Orderer, for remuneration (delivery), electrical materials – standard light sources approved for sale in the single market (CE). 1.2. The detailed scope, type, parameters and quantities of the individual elements of the order subject are contained in Annex No. 1 to the specification. 2. Delivery conditions. 2.1. The Contractor, upon the Orderer's request, undertakes to sell and deliver the elements of the order subject successively during the contract period, in batches (maximum 30 batches), within 14 calendar days from the date of the Orderer's order. 2.2. The quantity and type of individual elements of the order subject that will be sold and delivered in one batch will depend on the Orderer's needs and will be specified in the order referred to in point 4.1. 2.3. The Orderer will place orders with the Contractor by email. 2.4. The Contractor will notify the Orderer by telephone or email, no later than one business day before the delivery date, of the preparation of the ordered delivery. 2.5. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the order subject at its own expense and on its own account. 2.6. Place of delivery – the main warehouse of Kopalnia Soli „Wieliczka” S.A., 32–020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1. Delivery hours are set on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 13.00. 2.7. With each individual delivery of the order subject, the Contractor should deliver: 1) CE certificate of approval, 2) proof of export (WZ). 3.
