1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: Delivery of single-use equipment for the needs of the Urology Clinic of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź at 251 Pomorska Street. 2. The detailed description, scope and boundary parameters of the subject of the order are specified in the Price List Form - Annex 2 to the Specification of Order Conditions (SWZ). 3. The purchaser has divided the order into individual parts and allows for the possibility of submitting partial offers for any number of Lots - Lots: No. 1 – No. 14. 4. CONCERNING LOT No. 13: The purchaser requires the transfer for the period of the contract on a loan basis: of the loan item specified in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Price List Form on the terms set out in §4A of the contract template constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.
