The optional life insurance for the personnel of the Naval Forces who carry out parachuting and/or diving activities on the national territory must cover the risk of bodily injury/illness which affects the health status of the insured, with various consequences, which may evolve to partial/total disability or death of the insured, caused by: accidents, catastrophes or similar events (illness, shooting, irradiation, cardio-respiratory arrest, vascular accident, etc.), occurred during and due to parachuting and/or diving activities, in the process of combat preparation, in the performance of duties during service, on the national territory. Risks: - Death; - Disability Grade I and II; - Disability Grade III; - Illnesses, during and due to military actions, the process of combat preparation, training and performance of duties during combat service, which result in irreversible mutilations or physical defects or bodily injuries/afflictions that can be objectively established; - Hospitalization and/or outpatient treatment expenses for periods between 3 and 90 days if proof of these expenses is provided; - Expenses for medicines and treatment, if proof that these expenses have been incurred is provided. For cases of disability or death, caused by accidents, catastrophes or similar events (illness, shooting, irradiation etc.) occurred during preparation, travel to and from the place of activity/mission and due to the execution of the activity/mission on the national territory. The number of days up to which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications or information regarding the consolidated Award Documentation received by the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
