Belgium – Miscellaneous software package and computer systems – ERP - logiciel comptable et autres modules intégrés pour Domaxis et ses membres

The subject of the framework agreement is the provision of an IT management solution for part of the activities of Domaxis members, via integrated software modules. Only existing solutions that meet the various themes covered in the present specifications will be admitted in order to define the financial outlines of the investments to be made and to avoid too many surprises during execution (with the risk of exceeding the amounts initially committed by each PAB). The solutions to be developed will be excluded. The solution aims to ensure centralized, coherent and secure management of information and internal processes, notably accounting and human resources management, as well as internal and external interactions. It should also contribute to strengthening cross-functional communication between the various services of each member company but also of Domaxis, between Domaxis and its members as well as with the other IT solutions used by Domaxis and its members (possibly via minor developments such as APIs). The contract includes: o The analysis of the needs of each contracting authority participating in the present framework agreement, o The hosting of the solution, o The necessary licenses for its use, o The implementation and parameterization of the solution, o As well as the associated support services. The proposed solution must enable the management of all internal processes within a single, flexible, modular and scalable platform, while being adapted to the specificities of the public housing sector. It must meet the current operational needs of Domaxis and its members, while allowing for future developments, and guarantee: • a high level of data security, • an intuitive interface, • as well as smooth integration with existing tools and systems.
