Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Stadt Schwäbisch Hall - Europaweite Vergabe von Planungsleistungen für die Instandsetzung der Rippergbrücke im Ver-handlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb nach VgV

The subject of the present tendering procedure is the award of:

- Planning services for structural engineering works according to § 41 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 12.1 for phases 1 to 9 with the special service "On-site construction supervision"

- Planning services for structural design according to § 49 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 14.1 for phases 1 to 6 with the special services "Project supervision" or "Engineering inspections"

- Planning services for geotechnical engineering

- Appendix 1 (to § 3 paragraph 1) further specialist planning and consulting services with sub-services a) to c) with special services.

A staged award is intended, but there is no entitlement to further awards. With the award of the contract, the services of the 1st stage (phases 1 to 3 of the structural engineering works planning service or phases 1 to 3 of the structural design planning service) will initially be awarded. The contracting authority intends to complete the tendering procedure by October 2026. The planning services are to commence immediately thereafter. Phase 3 is to be completed by June 2027, so that reliable refurbishment costs are available. The award of construction services is planned for spring 2028. The measure is scheduled to be completed in autumn 2029. Further details on the scope of services and the parameters for offer calculation will be provided to the participants who are invited to submit an offer.
