Netherlands – Social work services – Begeleiding bewoners Skaeve Huse

Due to the increase in the number of people causing extreme housing disruption and therefore no longer able to live in a regular residential area, the municipality of Velsen launched Skaeve Huse in 2020. The aim of Skaeve Huse is to alleviate extreme housing disruption in regular residential areas as much as possible and to offer those causing this disruption a final chance at housing. Due to several incidents, it was decided at the end of 2023 to temporarily suspend Skaeve Huse and work on its further development. The further development includes, among other things, the reorganisation of the site, the expansion to 6 homes, and the improvement of the support. This tender concerns the procurement of support for the residents of Skaeve Huse.
