Franz-Marc School Geretsried – Energy renovation of the single gymnasium with shower and sanitary rooms from 1974 with renewal and extension of the controlled ventilation. The following services are to be provided in essence:

Sanitary:

- Approx. 240 m stainless steel pipes DN 15 to DN 32

- Approx. 55 m waste water pipes from PE DN 50 – DN 100

- 5 toilets

- 2 urinals

- 7 washbasins

- 2 sink bowls

- Fire stops for the sanitary works

- Water softening plant for nominal flow 3.3 m³/h

- Compressed air-water flushing sub-network

Heating:

- Approx. 215 m stainless steel pipes connecting/ distributing heating element pipes DN 15 to DN 50

- Approx. 12 m black steel distributing pipes DN 20 to DN 50

- Approx. 407 m² sports floor heating

- Approx. 120 m² floor heating

- 1 heating distributor with outlet pairs DN 20-DN 50

- 4 heating circuit pumps

- 1 piece connection of existing pipes
