Deltion College requires one supplier for the provision of brokerage services for the project-based deployment of ICT specialists, both functionally and technically. This deployment relates to varied and changing ICT issues within the organisation and must meet the requirements and wishes of Deltion College. This involves a diverse and dynamic range of required expertise, varying from technical specialisations to knowledge of the deployment and application of ICT within an educational organisation. The supplier is expected to be able to provide a broad spectrum of ICT profiles and roles. It is important that the supplier not only provides temporary capacity but also builds up knowledge of the organisation and ICT environment of Deltion College. This way, for future requests, suitable candidates with relevant experience can be proposed more quickly. The estimated value of the contract is € 1,000,000, - (incl. VAT) per year. The scope of the contract can fluctuate during the term due to, among other things, budgetary, organisational and external developments. Applicants cannot derive any rights from this tender. The value of the contract exceeds the European tender threshold, resulting in a European tender procedure. The aim of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier for an initial term of 24 months, with the possibility of extension twice by 24 months each time under the same conditions, resulting in a maximum total term of 72 months. If a contract is started in the last quarter of the term, it can continue after the expiry of the agreement. The intended start date of the agreement is 2 November 2026.
