1) The subject of the contract is the construction of the "Rumia Biała Rzeka" integrated hub in Rumia in the design and build formula. 2) The contract is implemented as part of the project entitled "Construction of the new integrated hub „Rumia Biała Rzeka” and the expansion of the existing integrated hub Rumia” which is implemented under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment for the years 2021-2027, Action FENX.03.01 Urban Transport. 3) The subject of the contract is the preparation of multi-disciplinary project documentation, obtaining the Decision for the implementation of the road investment and the execution of construction works for the investment entitled: "Construction of the integrated hub „Rumia Biała Rzeka” in Rumia". 4) The detailed scope of the contract, the conditions for its implementation and the obligations of the Contractor are specified in the annexes: a) Functional-user programme (PFU) – Annex A to SWZ, b) Maps – Annex B to SWZ, c) Climate analysis for the project entitled Construction of the new integrated hub „Rumia Biała Rzeka” and the expansion of the existing integrated hub Rumia – Annex C to SWZ, d) Compliance of the project with environmental protection regulations and climate requirements – Annex D to SWZ, e) Conditions – rainwater management – Annex E to SWZ, f) WZPD.447.1862.2025.PZ.3 – Annex F to SWZ, g) WID.7011.5.1.2026 – Annex G to SWZ, h) Records relating to DNSH – Annex H to SWZ, i) Contract template – Annex no. 10 to SWZ.
