Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Originale-Rabattverträge 2026-10 Vemurafenib

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts under Section 130c Paragraph 1 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Vemurafenib. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House-Originale procedure of the participating funds: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating health insurance funds do not guarantee any exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months, beginning on 01.11.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 31.10.2028, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. In the event of patent expiry/expiry of market exclusivity before the above end date, the contract automatically expires at the end of the month of patent expiry/market exclusivity. Joining this Open-House-Originale procedure is possible at any time during the contract term. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
