Poland – Repair and maintenance services of medical and precision equipment – Usługa wykonywania pogwarancyjnych przeglądów technicznych, diagnostyk i napraw separatorów/pras do preparatyki krwi w Terenowych Stacjach i Zespole Medycznym w Wojskowym Centrum Krwiodawstwa i Krwiolecznictwa SPZOZ

1. The subject of the order is the provision of services for the performance of post-warranty technical inspections, diagnostics and repairs of separators/presses for blood preparation in Territorial Stations and the Medical Team at the Military Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centre SPZOZ. 2. A detailed description of the service that is the subject of this procedure is contained in the "Description of the Subject of the Order" which is Annex No. 2 to the Contract Project which is Annex No. 11 to SWZ. This description should be read together with the changes to the content of SWZ, which may result from the responses given to the contractors' queries. 3. The procedure is conducted using the procedure referred to in Article 139 of the Act. The Purchaser will apply the so-called reverse order of evaluation, i.e. first carry out an examination and evaluation of the offers, and then qualify the contractor whose offer was rated the highest, in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. 4. The Purchaser envisages the possibility of the Contractor carrying out a site visit and the Contractor checking the documents necessary for the implementation of the order, which are available on site at the Purchaser, as referred to in Article 131(2) of the Act. The site visit is optional and takes place at the request of the Contractor, at the locations of the contract implementation, during the working hours of the Purchaser, i.e. from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm, excluding statutory holidays, after prior agreement on the date with the designated employee of the Purchaser, via email. 5. The Purchaser reserves the right to invalidate the public procurement procedure under Article 256 of the Act before the deadline for submitting offers, if circumstances arise that make it unjustified to continue the procedure.
