France – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Prestations MT (Multi Techniques) pour le périmètre de régions Méditerranée (DIL – AIL MARSEILLE).et Ouest (AIL NANTES)

The Directorate of Real Estate and Logistics (DIL), an entity of the Réseau de Transport d’Electricité (RTE), wishes to establish a framework agreement to provide Multi-Technical services covering all building and occupant services for its portfolio comprising tertiary real estate and tertiary real estate that is indivisible from industrial units. These Multi-Technical services will cover sites in categories 2, 3, 4 and will be carried out by a single Contractor for the region. It is agreed that services for category 5 sites (maintenance scope) may be requested through a Schedule of Unit Prices. The framework agreement is divided into two geographical lots:

- Lot 1: MT (Multi-Technical) services for the Mediterranean region (DIL – AIL MARSEILLE)

- Lot 2: MT (Multi-Technical) services for the West region (AIL NANTES)

The framework agreement will be concluded for a firm period of 4 years, renewable annually, for an equivalent period. These Multi-Technical services will cover sites in categories 2, 3, 4 and will be carried out by a single Contractor for the region. It is agreed that services for category 5 sites (maintenance scope) may be requested through a Schedule of Unit Prices.
