Netherlands – Cleaning and sanitation services in urban or rural areas, and related services – Milieu incidentenbestrijding

The municipal organisations, namely, gemeente Alphen-Chaam, gemeente Baarle-Nassau and Gilze en Rijen (ABG), gemeente Etten-Leur, gemeente Halderberge, gemeente Moerdijk, gemeente Woensdrecht, gemeente Zundert, hereinafter referred to as the “contracting authority” or “purchaser”, intend to award the contract for Environmental Incident Management. The expected indicative annual volume amounts to an average of € 350.000 excluding VAT. Over a term of four (4) contract years, this amounts to a total of approximately € 1.400.000 excluding VAT and price indexing. The aforementioned described volume is based on historical figures from the past years and gives an indication of the expected volume. However, the future need within the municipalities is and remains unpredictable, as it concerns unexpected events that deviate from standard business activities and cannot be estimated in advance. The nature, volume and cause of incidents can therefore vary greatly, making the volume unpredictable. The actual volume may be lower or higher than the volume estimated above. Therefore, the maximum volume of the full contract has been set at an estimated value, namely € 2.000.000 excluding VAT for the full term of the framework agreement. This is excluding any possible price indexing. If the aforementioned volume is reached within the contract period, the framework agreement will automatically end, unless legislation allows the framework agreement to be (temporarily) extended or bridged. The limit of the volume of the agreement is independent of the possible term or contract duration.
