1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a pedestrian and cycle path along DW nr 504 in Elbląg - ul. Królewiecka from ul. Fromborskiej to the administrative boundaries of Elbląg. 2. The scope of works, which is the subject of the contract, includes, among others: - reconstruction and construction of pedestrian roads, construction of cycle paths and pedestrian-cycle paths, - reconstruction of carriageways, driveways, parking spaces, - construction of bus bays, - demolition and construction of lighting, rainwater drainage, technological canal, sanitary sewerage, - expansion of culvert, construction of footbridges and sealed walls, - execution of horizontal and vertical signage, - regulation of existing technical infrastructure equipment, - protection of existing networks, - greening within the road corridor. 3.
