This public procurement has the subject “Preparation and delivery of food for the needs of „КОМПЛЕКСЕН ОНКОЛОГИЧЕН ЦЕНТЪР – ВРАЦА“ EOOD” in two separate lots: Lot 1 „Preparation and delivery of food for patients and staff of „КОМПЛЕКСЕН ОНКОЛОГИЧЕН ЦЕНТЪР – ВРАЦА“ EOOD“ Lot 2 „Preparation and delivery of food for patients after surgical treatment in „КОМПЛЕКСЕН ОНКОЛОГИЧЕН ЦЕНТЪР – ВРАЦА“ EOOD“. The subject of the public procurement includes the activities for the preparation and daily delivery of hospital food and food for on-duty staff for the needs of „Комплексен онкологичен център – Враца“ EOOD. Under the conditions of this procedure, participants may submit tenders only for Lot 1 „Preparation and delivery of food for patients and staff of „КОМПЛЕКСЕН ОНКОЛОГИЧЕН ЦЕНТЪР – ВРАЦА“ EOOD“. The estimated value of the public procurement is 383 600 (three hundred and eighty-three thousand and six hundred) euros without VAT or 460 320 (four hundred and sixty thousand and three hundred and twenty) euros with VAT and represents the maximum financial resource with which the Contracting Authority disposes for its implementation. The estimated value for Lot 1 is 380 600 euros (three hundred and eighty thousand and six hundred) euros without VAT or 456 720 (four hundred and fifty-six thousand seven hundred and twenty euros) euros with VAT and represents the maximum financial resource for the respective lot. The estimated value for Lot 2 is 3 000 euros (three thousand) euros without VAT or 3 600 (three thousand and six hundred) euros with VAT. Given that the value meets the conditions of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, in connection with Art. 20, para. 4, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the same will be awarded according to the applicable procedure for the individual value of the lot and a tender does not need to be submitted for it under this procedure. Given the specifics of postoperative care for patients, the unpredictability of the number of patients who will need surgical treatment for the duration of the contract and the individual dietary regimen, which should be in accordance with the specific instructions of the treating physician, the public procurement is divided into two separate lots. Pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority will award Lot 2 according to the procedure valid for its individual value. The estimated value of Lot 2 falls within the scope of Art. 20, para. 4, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act. The food is prepared according to diets in accordance with the Collection of the Ministry of Health for hospital nutrition. The requirements for the preparation and delivery of the food and the estimated quantities are described in detail in the Technical Specification.
