Romania – Various medicinal products – ACHIZITIE MEDICAMENTE DIVERSE SI SUBSTANTE DE FARMACIE - L2

Purchase of various medicines and pharmaceutical substances, for a period of 40 months, divided into 154 lots according to the information presented in the terms of reference. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information, by the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications (clear and complete responses to all requests for clarification will be attached by the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders), cf. art. 161(1) of Law no. 98/2016 as amended and supplemented. Note: The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarification/additional information that were not submitted within the deadline set in section I.1 of the data sheet.
