Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_ING_Stadt Pottenstein_Sanierung der Straße "Bayreuther Berg"

The city of Pottenstein plans to renovate the main thoroughfare "Bayreuther Berg" in Pottenstein (municipality of Pottenstein, part of cadastral plot no. 1191). The road begins in the "Talzone" of Pottenstein at the intersection with Fischergasse, Hollergasse, and Franz-Wittmann-Gasse and ends in the "Hochzone" of Pottenstein at the junction with Jugendherbergstraße. The length is 452 m. The elevation at the beginning is 367 m and at the end 423 m, with an elevation difference of 56 m and an average gradient of 12.4%. Additionally, the old cemetery wall will be demolished. It is not to be divided into two lots. The following service packages will be awarded according to HOAI 2021:

- Transport infrastructure design (Section 47, Paragraph 1, Sentence 2, Part 3, Section 4, HOAI)

- Structural design (Section 51, Paragraph 1, Part 4, Section 1, HOAI)

- Geotechnical engineering (Appendix 1.3, HOAI)

- Engineering surveying (Appendix 1.4, HOAI)

- Landscape management plan (Section 26, Paragraph 1, Part 2, Section 2, HOAI, if required)

- Special services: Participation in the grant procedure (application, follow-up funding application, construction status reports, proof of use)
