France – Buoy marking services – Pose, dépose, entretien du balisage permanent et saisonnier, ainsi que le nettoyage du balisage saisonnier du Littoral Cannois

The start date of the contract is given as an indication. The maintenance, installation and removal of the permanent and seasonal marking of the Cannois coastline is essential to signal dangers, improve safety at sea, delimit channels, mark regulated areas and facilitate the positioning of these areas. The marking, which is the subject of the contract, includes the installation of channels, the placement of buoys maintained by moorings, the installation of ecological buoys and moorings for protected areas. The installation of floating pontoons on Sainte Marguerite Island, the attachment of ladders and the placement of swimming rafts. All the services required of the contractor include the installation and removal of the marking, its cleaning with fresh water, its inspection, including by diving, as well as its repositioning. They also include the replacement of stranded or defective elements, as well as the transport of material to the installation sites and to the storage location at the Hangar de la Roubine in Cannes. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. It is awarded with minimum and maximum amounts. Minimum excl. VAT: 50 000 euro(s) Maximum excl. VAT: 230 000 euro(s) The services are paid for by unit prices.
