Poland – Fire station construction work – Budowa strażnicy KP PSP w Nowym Targu wraz z JRG

The subject of the contract is: Construction of the Nowy Targ District Command Fire Station of the State Fire Service with a Rescue and Firefighting Unit, along with installations: gas, water and sewerage, central heating, electrical, telecommunication, mechanical ventilation, as well as parking spaces, economic shelters, flagpole, fire road, telecommunication mast. Technical data of the designed building: Command Building with JRG: a) total area: 4 547.08 m2, b) usable area: 3 884.71 m2, c) volume: 16 468.10 m3, Shelters (6 units): a) total area: 125.00 m2 (5x20.00 m2 + 1 x 25.00 m2), b) usable area: 123.00 m2 (5x 19.60 m2 + 1 x 25.00 m2), c) volume: 358.28 m3 (5x54.40 m3 + 1 x 86.25 m3), The task includes in particular: a) construction of the fire station building along with infrastructure, b) construction of roads, maneuvering areas, parking spaces, sidewalks to the extent necessary for the operation of the unit, c) construction of a power generating set along with the connection, d) construction of a fence – fence up to 2.2 m to be implemented under art. 29 para. 2 point 20 of the Building Law, e) construction of a solid waste collection site, f) development of green areas, g) construction of economic shelters, h) construction of a separator, i) construction of small architecture, j) construction of a flagpole, k) construction of a telecommunication mast, l) reconstruction of existing roads, parking lots and sidewalks within the plot, m) securing the existing technical infrastructure colliding with the investment location - drainage network, electrical with lighting poles, telecommunication sewerage, n) execution of connections - sanitary sewer, water supply, power, telecommunication, gas, o) execution of external installations: water supply, fire, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, telecommunication installation, area lighting, photovoltaic. Furthermore, the task also includes: a) organization, securing and development of the construction site, b) execution of as-built documentation with full and necessary measurements, certificates of conformity, technical approvals, declarations of conformity and other documents allowing the use of the materials and equipment used along with their list, c) removal of demolition materials not suitable for recovery to a disposal site in accordance with the applicable regulations in this regard, d) tidying up and restoring the original condition of the premises and the area after the completion of the works.
