Spain – Software package and information systems – suministro, en 8 lotes, de licencias de software de puesto de trabajo para el Ayuntamiento de Alcalá de Guadaíra (C-2026/030)

The subject of this contract is the supply, in the form of acquisition or subscription renewal, of licenses for standard commercial software intended for the workstations of the various delegations of the Ayuntamiento de Alcalá de Guadaíra. The supply will cover office tools, videoconferencing platforms, design and budgeting software, biometric signature systems, remote control tools and comprehensive workstation security solutions (EPP/EDR). Given the heterogeneity of user profiles and the specialization of software manufacturers, the contract is structured with independent lots according to the type of product, which facilitates the participation of specialized distributors:

• Lot 1. Autodesk licenses.

• Lot 2. Presto licenses.

• Lot 3. Adobe, Canva and SketchUp licenses.

• Lot 4. Microsoft license.

• Lot 5. Teamviewer license.

• Lot 6. Zoom license.

• Lot 7. Biometric signature software license.

• Lot 8. Advanced workstation protection system (EPP/EDR) and integrated vulnerability management licenses.

For Lots 1 to 6, a specific product to be licensed has been established, while for Lots 7 and 8, minimum requirements have been set, allowing bidders to offer the product they consider most appropriate and that meets these requirements.
