The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Unit Cyber Security Centre (hereinafter also "KTK", "procuring entity" or "contracting authority") is procuring a tool for operational security testing (hereinafter also "Product") for its own use. The Cyber Security Centre acts as the national approval authority for cryptographic products (CAA, Crypto Approval Authority). The tasks of the CAA include the evaluation and approval of cryptographic products intended to protect classified information. The product that is the subject of this procurement will be used to assist in the operations of the CAA.
