The Contracting Authority, through this tender procedure, is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter "DNS") for the awarding of public contracts pursuant to Sections 138 to 142 of the Act on the supply of medicinal products and medicinal preparations. DNS means a fully electronic procedure for regular purchases according to the operational needs of the Contracting Authority, whereby the procedure is open to all suppliers who meet the qualification requirements and submit an application to participate.
