Germany – Architectural and related services – Sanierung Mehrzweckhalle Kindsbach | Tragwerk

The municipality of Kindsbach (Verbandsgemeinde Landstuhl) intends to renovate the Kindsbach multi-purpose hall. The multi-purpose hall serves as a sports and events hall and is divided into the building sections sports hall, changing room block and kitchen block. A section on the west side (two-storey building) has meanwhile been sold and is not subject to the renovation. The changing room block and parts of the sports hall were renovated approximately 5 years ago. The municipality of Kindsbach is therefore tendering architectural services pursuant to § 73 VgV for the renovation of the Kindsbach multi-purpose hall. The subject of the tender are the performance phases 1 to 6 according to § 51 HOAI with basic and special services. A phased commissioning of the individual performance phases is planned. In parallel to the present procedure, the services of the object planning as well as the MEP planning will be tendered in separate procedures.
