France – Refurbishment of run-down buildings – MARCHE DE CONCEPTION-REALISATION POUR LA REHABILITATION DE DEUX TOURS COMPRENANT 287 LOGEMENTS AU QUARTIER DU GROS CHENE A CHAVILLE

The entire scope of the works involves the rehabilitation of two R+18 towers, built at the beginning of the 1970s, comprising 151 and 136 dwellings for a total of 287 dwellings in the Gros Chêne district in Chaville. The planned works include: - A complete refurbishment of the building envelopes, allowing for energy and aesthetic renovation, - Enhancement with renovation of the entrances, common areas and stairwells; - Electrical compliance, in common areas and private areas - Reconfiguration of the dwellings (adaptation of typologies, interior reorganisation...) - Renovation of technical trades (networks, heating, DWH...). The project will be included in the second life scheme and must therefore comply with the requirements associated with it, notably achieving B label in 3CL DPE. The contractual performance objective will be verified in the Design and Implementation phases.
