The Förderzentrum Förderschwerpunkt Hören complex, comprising buildings from 1986 to 1990 at Musenbergstraße 38 in 81929 Munich, is to be comprehensively renovated, and a replacement new building (Building 3) is to be constructed. The uses of the total of 4 school buildings include primary and secondary school with all associated classrooms, rooms for full-day care, seminar rooms, auditorium, Pedagogical-Audiological Counselling Centre, and a gymnasium and swimming pool. Temporary buildings for the primary and secondary school and the gymnasium are to be constructed for the construction phases. For school organisational reasons, the measure will be divided into two construction phases. The outdoor facilities include two courtyards, various play areas, outdoor furniture, and the necessary break and access areas (cars, bicycles, access road) and are closely interwoven with the school buildings. The school buildings and outdoor facilities are to be implemented as an overall concept and their qualities are to be preserved. Both the temporary school and the sports hall are to be made accessible via temporary access to the school grounds and Musenbergstraße. The associated outdoor facilities of the temporary school should have child-friendly recreational qualities so that they can be used as a playground.
