Germany – Biomedical equipment – Genomdatenbank für bis zu 25.000 Long-Read-Genome

The subject of the tender is the planning, implementation, validation, commissioning and operation of a scalable, secure and interoperable genome database for neurodegenerative diseases, including the associated data processing, sequencing and provision services for up to 25,000 human genomes generated by Long-Read sequencing. The service includes the infrastructure and consumables for processing and preparing DNA, producing DNA libraries, Long-Read sequencing, quality assurance, bioinformatic processing, storage, analysis and controlled provision of the resulting data, as well as documentation and support services. The project must be designed to enable use for research and development while meeting high requirements for data protection, information security, pseudonymisation, traceability and controlled access procedures.
