The Contract concerns the maintenance of the sun shading. This sun shading refers to the movable screens on the exterior of the (office) buildings of the WUR. This includes both motorised and manually operated external sun shading. This includes, but is not limited to: • Lamella sun shading; • Sun shading with screens; • Sun shading with drop-down screens; • Sun shading for light wells and glass roofs; • Sun shading with roller screens; • Roller shutters. All of this includes control units, relay boxes, push-button operation and weather detection (rain/wind force and direction). This involves stand-alone principles. The work to be carried out includes: 1. Preventive Maintenance (including Small Materials) Carrying out Preventive Maintenance on the external sun shading of WUR, which is further described in the Programme of Requirements (PvE). Execution in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, including any additional maintenance deemed necessary with regard to functionality and WUR regulations; 2. Corrective Maintenance (including Small Materials) on working days All necessary repair work and tasks based on urgency. 3. Remedial Maintenance
