For the new construction of a central armory building in the Burgwald Barracks in Frankenberg (Eder), the procurement of a general planning service is planned. The scope of services includes building design, landscaping, and civil engineering structures, as well as specialist planning for structural design, technical equipment (plant groups 1 to 5 and 8), thermal building physics, and fire protection. The subject of the contract are the performance phases 5 to 9, as well as partial services of performance phase 3. The contract is awarded in stages and initially includes performance phase 5 and the partial and special services of performance phase 3. A binding design planning, including the available building permit in the notification procedure, forms the basis for the further contract. The familiarisation with the existing documents is also to be provided as a special service.
