Residents of the city encounter obstacles in the steps towards the basic quality of The Hague in terms of organisation, finance, regulation, etc. The college then wants to provide appropriate support and targeted approaches where it is most needed. To achieve this task, a lot of effort is being put into informing, activating, involving, and investigating the homes of our target groups before decision-making and actual implementation of the proposed measures takes place. The municipality needs support from the market for this.
