The public transport company of the Lausanne region (tl) operates a fleet of service vehicles used for operational activities such as infrastructure maintenance, logistics, or technical intervention support. A significant portion of this fleet is now reaching the end of its useful life, due to reaching the defined age or mileage thresholds. In this context, tl has initiated a comprehensive renewal process aimed at modernising and rationalising its fleet of service vehicles. This process is also part of a commitment to energy transition, with a gradual shift towards fully electric powertrains. This tender is launched to select a supplier capable of meeting these needs within the framework of a framework agreement. It concerns the acquisition of light electric commercial vehicles, with high requirements in terms of performance, reliability and after-sales service, to ensure the continuity of operational activities.
