Following the conclusion of the framework agreement, the contracting authority will conclude subsequent contracts, depending on its needs and available funds. The minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested during the entire framework agreement, as well as the minimum and maximum quantities that may be the subject of a single subsequent contract, are specified in the annex to the technical specifications. The estimated values of the largest subsequent contract are specified in the technical specifications. Additional information: The minimum and maximum quantities specified for each lot represent the quantities of the framework agreement. This documentation aims to procure surgical sutures for the activities of the Surgery Operating Block, Urology Department, Orthopedics and Traumatology Department, Emergency Admissions, Obstetrics and Gynecology Section, and Internal Medicine Section within the Municipal Hospital of Mediaș, accommodated in the Municipal Hospital of Mediaș. A framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 24 months. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information in the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The number of days within which clarifications may be requested, before the deadline for submission of tenders, is 20.
