Romania – Snow-clearing services – Întreținere curentă pe timp de iarnă în perioada 2026/2027 – 2027/2028 a drumurilor județene din administrarea Consiliului Județean Bistrița-Năsăud, Lot 1 - Beclean, Lot 2 - Șieu, Lot 3 - Lechința

The procurement concerns the provision of winter maintenance services for the 2026/2027 – 2027/2028 period on county roads belonging to Lot 1 Beclean, Lot 2 Șieu and Lot 3 Lechința. The framework agreements aim to prevent and organise interventions to combat snow and ice on county roads in Bistrița-Năsăud County, administered by the Bistrița-Năsăud County Council, to ensure the viability of the roads in winter. Note: AC will respond to clarification requests 11 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. In accordance with Articles 160 and 161 of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the obligation of AC to respond to clarification requests is conditional on the submission of clarification requests 18 days before the deadline for submitting tenders.
