France – Construction work for school buildings – BONNIERES-SUR-SEINE - Collège Marcel Pagnol - Marché de conception - réalisation pour la rénovation et l'extension du collège

Design and build contract for the renovation of the college and the creation of an extension to increase its capacity to 950 places. The present contract is a "composite" contract with mixed prices and execution as follows:

- as a standard contract for the part of the services indicated in the DPGF (fixed price part);

- as a framework agreement with purchase orders (unit prices) for the part of the services indicated in the BPU, of a punctual nature or not foreseeable in their volume, related to the discovery of asbestos not listed in the diagnostics submitted with the tender dossier. The unit price part does not include a minimum amount but a maximum amount of 200,000.00 euros (excl. VAT) over the total duration of the contract. The budget allocated to the project is set at 17,500,000.00 euros (excl. VAT) or 21,000,000.00 euros (incl. VAT) (value March 2026).
