The subject of the contract is the implementation of an information system for the management of the entire process of submitting an application, evaluating an application and deciding on the support of persons with disabilities or/and Special Educational Needs (SEN) for all levels of education where this support is provided. This information system will include the submission of the application, the procedures for multidisciplinary evaluation by the KEDASY (Centres for Multidisciplinary Evaluation, Counselling and Support), the development of interconnections and interoperability with third-party systems, as well as the development of an administrative information system.
