The subject of the procurement is the supply of dialysis consumables. The medical consumables necessary for the operation of the Haemodialysis Clinic are described by type and forecast quantity in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the documentation. The procurement is divided into 3 separate lots, two of which are the subject of the present procedure, while the third will be awarded directly under Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act. Complexity is required for participation in each of the two separate lots. Participants offer all the nomenclatures included in the separate lot in which they participate. In case a participant does not offer one or more nomenclatures from the separate lot in which they participate, they will be excluded from the procedure for that specific separate lot. In case a participant offers one or more nomenclatures from the separate lot in which they participate, but the same do not meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority, it is considered that the complexity has not been complied with and the participant will be excluded from the procedure for that specific separate lot. The quantities indicated in the Technical Specification are forecast and do not bind the Contracting Authority to declare and purchase them in full. During the execution of the contract, the Contracting Authority has the right to change the quantities indicated in the specification, in accordance with its needs, including to refuse the delivery of certain nomenclatures, as well as to declare new types, which are not included in the specification, but are in the performance of the subject of the public procurement. By "new types" are meant: in case of discontinuation of production and/or import, an equivalent of the types of consumables included in the specification in the contract. The requirements that the consumables must meet are indicated in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the procurement documentation.
