Romania – Landscaping work for green areas – Proiectare si excutie lucrari aferente obiectivului de investitii Modernizarea infrastructurii verzi „Insula Salcioara” – Baza de Agrement Ostroveni

The purpose of the procurement is to develop technical documentation (DTAC, DTOE, PT, DDE, Documentation for obtaining the Fire Safety Authorization, Energy Performance Certificate upon completion of works, and technical assistance from the designer) and to execute construction works in order to achieve the objective "Modernization of the Green Infrastructure 'Insula Salcioara' - Ostroveni Agreement Base", in full compliance with the legal regulations in force and based on the Work Intervention Approval Documentation, made available by the Contracting Authority and approved by the Local Council Decision no. 77/15.03.2024. By the Local Council Decision no. 106/25.04.2025, the general budget and the technical-economic indicators and the annex regarding the summary description of the investment have been updated. The total estimated value (design and execution): 26,113,936.16 lei excluding VAT, out of which the design service and technical assistance from the designer 1,440,000 lei excluding VAT. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law no. 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is a maximum of 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, and the deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161 of Law 98/2016. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make changes to the contract in accordance with the provisions of Article 221 of Law 98/2016, as amended.
