Poland – Laboratory reagents – Sukcesywne dostawy odczynników laboratoryjnych dla poszczególnych Klinik i Zakładów UMB, do celów naukowo-badawczych, z podziałem na 3 części

The subject of the contract is: Successive deliveries of laboratory reagents for individual Clinics and Institutes of the UMB, for research purposes, divided into 3 parts: Part 1 – laboratory reagents, Part 2 – laboratory reagents, Part 3 – laboratory reagents. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, quantities and required parameters of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract - price list for the supply of laboratory reagents for research purposes, which is an integral part of this SWZ. 2. Contract performance period - from the date of conclusion of the contract (but not earlier than from 20.09.2026) for a period of 24 months. Contract execution: minimum term 20 working days, maximum term 40 working days from the date of the order placed by the Purchaser – in accordance with Part XVII of this SWZ. 3. The Purchaser informs that the selected subject of the contract may be financed from the currently implemented EU projects in the UMB, as well as from projects, the implementation of which will start during the validity of the contract for the subject matter.
