France – Software package and information systems – Mise en place d’un environnement virtuel numérique des bâtiments 40.07 et 41.03 du CEA-Leti

The LETI Institute of CEA Grenoble wishes to acquire a computer tool for the implementation of a digital virtual environment for its technological platforms located in buildings 40.07 and 41.03. This involves providing a software solution and the associated services necessary for the implementation and use of the software to create the aforementioned digital virtual environment. The aim is to facilitate the operation of buildings 40.07 and 41.03 via the computer tool, benefiting from all relevant information relating to infrastructures/installations and networks/facilities, as well as the corresponding equipment and peripherals. The software solution must be able to provide the following business functionalities:

• Provide 360 panoramic photorealistic views to allow virtual movement within a faithful representation of the relevant infrastructures/installations;

• Superimpose 360 panoramic photorealistic views with elements from 3D digital mock-ups with display filters based on the data selected by a user;

• Access technical data via a multi-criteria search tool in the 360 photorealistic environment;

• Be interoperable with the tools implemented at CEA, including the existing Electronic Document Management (EDM) application;

• Simulate the installation of networks/facilities and process equipment with corresponding peripherals;

• Create dashboards for the operation of extraction networks.

The services associated with this digital virtual environment are:

• Upgrading the 3D digital mock-ups of buildings 40.07 and 41.03 to be integrated into the digital tool;

• Updating and operating the 3D digital mock-ups of buildings 40.07 and 41.03 integrated into the computer tool;

• Creating and updating 3D scans to navigate 360 panoramic photorealistic views of buildings 40.07 and 41.03;

• Training on the purchased software;

• Maintenance of the purchased software;

• Services on Unit Price Bill of Quantities (UPBQ) and on prior quotation.

The contract includes the following options:

- Option No. 1 (mandatory option): Additional functionality of the Software for simulating the installation of networks/facilities and process equipment and their peripherals;

- Option No. 2 (mandatory option): Additional functionality of the Software relating to the creation and editing of dashboards with performance indicators for the operation of facilities.

The options may be lifted by CEA upon notification of the contract and are an integral part of the Software. The non-lifting of all or part of the options does not entitle the Contractor to any compensation.
