Poland – Laser printers – Dostawa urządzeń wielofunkcyjnych

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 4 units of multifunctional devices, hereinafter referred to as the "equipment". 2. As part of the contract, the Contractor will supply the equipment: - brand new, unused, free from physical and legal defects; - fully functional, meeting the technical and functional requirements specified in the Subject of Contract Description constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ; - Produced in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as standards and norms; - Authorised for sale within the territory of the Republic of Poland; - the offered equipment, on the date of signing the acceptance protocol, must not be designated by the manufacturer for withdrawal from production or sale; - The Contractor is obliged to deliver the equipment to the building of the Marshal's Office of the Lublin Voivodeship in Lublin, ul. Artura Grottgera 4, 20-029 Lublin, at its own expense and risk, along with placing the equipment in the rooms indicated by the representative of the Contracting Authority during the Contracting Authority's working hours, i.e. on weekdays from 7:30 to 15:30. 3. The Contractor will provide a warranty for the supplied equipment in accordance with the declaration in the Offer, but for a period of not less than 12 months, in accordance with the requirements specified in the OPZ, from the date of signing the acceptance protocol without reservations. The warranty period provided by the Contractor is one of the criteria for evaluating offers in this procedure. 4. The Contractor will deliver the equipment within 21 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of contract performance have been specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract and in Annex 3 to the SWZ – Essential Terms of the Contract.
